Indies And The Underground

"Exposing New Music To The Blog-Reading Masses"

BEACH 'O, Packaging'

A ukulele isn’t what usually comes to mind when one thinks of catchy pop songs, but BEACH, the indie-electro rock outfit fronted by Bitch a.k.a. Karen Mould, makes a compelling case for why it should be on her new single “O, Packaging.”

Combining upbeat strumming with a sing-a-long melody and sardonic, cutting lyrics about big city life and materialism, the song brings marching-band style drums and a chorus of background singers at the end, creating a rousing anthem for jaded metropolitan dwellers everywhere.  ”O, Packaging” is the latest offering from Mould’s In Us We Trust, which is currently available on BEACH’s website.
