They Might Be Giants Announce First Leg Of International Tour

Veteran alt-rockers They Might Be Giants have announced the first leg of their international tour. The tour will be the group’s first road trek in a decade, hitting six countries and over 50 cities.

The tour is in support of They Might Be Giants’ forthcoming album Join Us. Set for a July 19th release,  the album was a collaboration with producer Patrick Dillet and features cuts like the sunny summer pop jam “Can’t Keep Johnny Down.” And while you may not recognize the band’s faces, if you’ve ever tuned in to an episode of Malcom In The Middle or The Daily Show With Jon Stewart, you’ve definitely heard their music. The band composed the themes for both shows, winning a Grammy for the former.
